The Delighted for Nonprofits discount is offered to eligible nonprofit organizations through our partner, TechSoup. Review the eligibility requirements to make sure you qualify. To access the discount, follow the steps below:
Head over to Delighted’s page on the TechSoup website to compare the Premium and Premium Plus plans and request your plan of choice. Note that you will be charged an admin fee through TechSoup, but it will be Delighted who ultimately bills you for the discounted subscription (see step 4).
After requesting your Delighted plan through TechSoup, sign up for Delighted to explore the platform while you wait for a fulfillment email from TechSoup.
Your fulfillment email from TechSoup will contain your Request Number. Input your Request Number in the form above.
The Delighted team will reach out to you with a request to reset your account password and payment information (you’ll need a credit card for this) so you can access the discounted rate. And with that, you’re ready to start sending nonprofit surveys!

Products are available only to qualifying nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation and to public libraries. Public libraries must either have valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or be listed in the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) database. For more eligibility information and restrictions, visit TechSoup.
You will request the offer through TechSoup where you will be charged an admin fee ($39 for Premium plans and $72 for Premium Plus). Once you receive your fulfillment email from TechSoup, grab your Reference Number and enter it into the form above with your personal information. Delighted will then reach out to you with a request to update your payment information on your Delighted account (which you can create by signing up for the free plan) and subsequently bill you for the discounted rate.
Unfortunately, organizations that already have a Delighted subscription are not eligible.
Organizations may request access to discounted rates for one Delighted subscription per fiscal year (July 1 to June 30).
Yes! For a discounted subscription renewal, confirm your eligibility through TechSoup and pay their admin fee to renew your subscription. Follow the same steps above to activate your discount with help from the Delighted team.
