How does pricing work?

We offer a handful of plans that are priced according to how many people you connect with in that month as well as certain feature allowances. We can accomodate businesses of all sizes. If you don’t see a plan that fits your needs, please get in touch.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. As an alternative to monthly billing, we also offer yearly billing. On your plans & billing page, you can select the option for “Billed Yearly”. Yearly billing can help simplify bookkeeping, as well as provide a discount when signing up for the full year.

Do you offer quarterly billing?

Yes, we have custom quarterly billing available. If interested in a quarterly billing, send us a message and include your estimated quarterly volume. We’ll find a plan that offers a perfect fit.

What limitations are placed on the trial?

You can survey up to 250 people during your trial. This allows you to make sure you’re getting the quality and quantity of feedback you’re looking for before paying a dime.

Is my plan limit based on sends or responses?

Email and SMS are based on sends. To be more specific, the total number of sends during the month. Web is based on the number of people shown the survey. Links are based on the number of unique people who click on the survey.

Can I send for just one month?

Yes. You can subscribe for a month, send your surveys, and then pause your subscription - directly within your account settings.
