How does pricing work?

Plans are priced according to how many people you connect with per month as well as certain feature allowances. We can accommodate businesses of all sizes. If you don’t see a plan that fits your needs, please get in touch.

Do you offer monthly or quarterly billing?

Yes, we have custom billing plans available. If you’re interested in monthly or quarterly billing, send us a message and include your estimated quarterly volume. We’ll find a plan that offers a perfect fit.

What limitations are placed on the trial?

You can survey up to 1,000 people during your trial. This allows you to make sure you’re getting the quality and quantity of feedback you’re looking for before paying a dime.

Can I send for just one month?

Yes. You can subscribe for a month, send your surveys, and then pause your subscription – directly within your account settings.

Is my plan limit based on sends or responses?

Email and SMS are based on sends. To be more specific, the total number of sends during the month. Web is based on the number of people shown the survey. Links are based on the number of unique people who click on the survey.

Do you offer invoicing?

Yes, we do! Instead of being billed via credit card, we can set up invoices so everything is handled through your finance team. Just let us know and we’ll set it up.
