How does pricing work?

Plans are priced according to how many people you connect with per month as well as certain feature allowances. We can accommodate businesses of all sizes. If you don’t see a plan that fits your needs, please get in touch.

What is a user?

Users are defined as any person in your organization, or to whom you extend access, who is able to log into your Delighted account. You can set various access levels (e.g. Standard, Admin) to ensure your team members only access features most pertinent to their use case.

How do you count responses?

If a customer responds to every question in your survey, that’s considered one response. If a customer responds to only 1 out of 15 questions in your survey, that’s also considered one response. In other words, any response, whether full or partial, is counted as one response towards your overall limit.

What happens if I hit my response limit for a given month?

Response collection will be paused until you either (1) Upgrade or (2) Move into your next billing period.

Do you have additional out of the box plans for Surveys?

Yes, we also offer the following plans:

Yes! However, signing up for our annual plan saves you 10% a year compared to our monthly plans.

Yes, we do! Instead of being billed via credit card, we can set up invoices so everything is handled through your finance team. Just let us know and we’ll set it up.

Do I need to enter my credit card for the Free plan?

No. No credit card is required to create a Free plan.

Can I send for just one month?

Yes. You can subscribe for a month, send your surveys, and then pause your subscription – directly within your account settings.

Can I increase response volume for just one month?

Yes you can! Seasonal businesses often need more response volume for a specific time of year. Whether you’re on an annual or monthly plan, you can easily increase your response volume for a specific time period.

Do you have a special plan for startups?
